Emma Connell is a Manager at ClearPath Strategies where she provides support across the research process to ensure clients walk away with actionable, data-driven recommendations and next steps.

Before joining ClearPath, Emma worked in nonprofit program evaluation and community-centered research, helping nonprofits, philanthropic organizations, and state agencies understand the nuances of community needs and creating actionable next steps to address those needs.

Emma holds a Master's in Public Policy from the University of Minnesota's Humphrey School of Public Affairs with a concentration in advanced policy analysis methods. She lives with her family in St. Paul, Minnesota.
