ABOUT

David has over 15 years of experience providing strategic consulting and public opinion research to politicians, businesses, and organizations. His diverse set of clients spans six continents and over three dozen countries. His portfolio includes technology, civil rights, sustainability, and regulatory issues.

David also has a wealth of experience in policy, campaigns, and government. He has led research and strategy for several prominent politicians, advising governments, and campaigns in Africa, Asia, Europe, and North America.

He brings to bear his campaign thinking and strategic execution to corporate, advocacy, policy, and regulatory work for a range of tech startups, industry disruptors, and Fortune 50 companies.

David holds a Master’s in Public Policy from Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government and graduated magna cum laude from the University of California—Berkeley. He is also a Fulbright Scholar. He lives in Oakland with his wife and young daughter and son.
